About Wanda A. Cassell

Wanda was born on a family farm in Theodosia, Missouri, grew up on a dairy and grain farm 15 miles north of Stockton in Collins, and graduated from Collins High School. She went on to receive a B.S. in elementary education, a B.S. in secondary education with majors in English and social studies and a minor in math, and an M.S. in guidance and counseling all from Missouri State University (Springfield, Missouri).

After 15 years as an educator, Wanda joined Cassell Real Estate. Since then, Wanda has represented buyers and sellers in millions of dollars in transactions, ranging from first time home buyers to savvy real estate investors. Wanda is a member, past president, and past director of the Five County Board of REALTORS®. She is also a member of the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Wanda is a developer and custom home builder, having built over 60 custom homes, oftentimes for repeat clients. She previously was a licensed appraiser (inactive) and licensed insurance agent (inactive).

Outside of real estate, Wanda owns a working cow/calf operation and is president of Stockton Hills Water Company. Wanda was elected to the Stockton R-I School Board, including a term as president; was appointed by the Governor of Missouri to the state welfare reform board; and is actively involved in politics, having served in leadership roles at the county, district, and state levels for the Republican Party. Wanda is a trustee of her church, the Stockton United Methodist Church, and previously served as its treasurer for 23 years and the secretary of its administrative board.

When not in the office or on the farm, Wanda enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
